Population[edit]

The figure "1 147 946" given for population appears to have been copied from the Polish Wikipedia, which also does not cite a source. Paran encyclopedia gives 1,211,413, and also does not cite a source. Yahoo gives the same number and dates it to 1991. ...Anyway, does anyone have access to an authoritative source? -- Visviva 01:40, 6 April 2006 (UTC)Reply[reply]
